With over 30 years of experience in catastrophic case management, rehabilitation consulting, and life care planning, Jodi Harendorf has dedicated her career to helping individuals rebuild their lives after traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic trauma, and mental health challenges.

A graduate of York University with a B.A. in Psychology and a Rehabilitation Services Certificate from York University–Seneca College, Jodi holds multiple national credentials, including Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counsellor and Canadian Certified Life Care Planner. She is widely respected for her ability to coordinate complex rehabilitation plans, navigate insurance and legal systems, and advocate fiercely for her clients’ rights and long-term well-being.

Jodi’s expertise includes comprehensive case management for clients of all ages, medical and rehabilitation coordination, future care cost analysis, and collaboration with medical, legal, and insurance professionals. Beyond her client work, she mentors colleagues, delivers educational presentations, and contributes to best-practice development in Ontario’s rehabilitation community.
