Jodi Harendorf graduated from York University and Seneca College in April, 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Rehabilitation Services from the York-Seneca Rehabilitation Services Program. As part of this program, Jodi Harendorf successfully completed 800 hours of field practicums. For the last 34 years, the Jodi Harendorf has provided case management services to the insurance and legal industry with a specialized expertise in managing catastrophic cases such as pediatric and adult traumatic brain injuries; spinal cord injuries; mental health trauma; complicated orthopedic injuries; burns; chronic pain and bodily scarring. Jodi Harendorf has gained expertise in working with the pediatric and geriatric populations. Also for the past 34 years, Jodi Harendorf has been involved in preparing Life Care Plans / Future Care Cost Reports.

Jodi Harendorf achieved the designations of Registered Rehabilitation Professional through the Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals; and Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Counselor through the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselors in 1992 and has maintained these certifications through successful completion of continuing education hours. Jodi Harendorf also achieved the designation of Canadian Certified Life Care Planner in 2005 through the Commission on Health Care Certification. Jodi Harendorf has maintained this certification through the successful completion of continuing education hours. Jodi Harendorf was granted membership to The College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals in February, 2011.
