She is trauma informed and consults with clients for all referrals to health care providers. With even the most complex files, Angela brings calm and clarity and is so thoughtful in her referrals. She always identifies how the team can work best together and always focused on the client’s needs. Angela respects our professional judgment, and gives space for others to do their work, and steps in only when needed to guide with care. She is reliable, consistent, and compassionate. She truly embodies excellence in case management, working with her is an absolute pleasure, and she makes a lasting difference in the lives of her clients.
