Angela is a dedicated Case Manager with Tri-Star Health Management Group. With over 30 years of extensive experience in business administration and operations within the rehabilitation industry, Angela excels in supporting healthcare professionals and clients managing brain injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and psychological and emotional challenges.

Angela integrates her knowledge as a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher and Intuitive Spiritual Life Coach to offer a holistic approach to case management. Her method fosters a supportive, serene environment that prioritizes client and family well-being. In addition to case management with Tri-Star Health Management Group, Angela is a member of the Bergin Motion team providing individualized therapeutic yoga programs.

Highlights of Angela’s academic background include a Certificate in Human Behavior, ongoing studies in developmental social sciences at the University of Waterloo, and Certificate in Caregiving Ministry. Angela’s heart-centered focus is in healing that was enriched by earning a Registered Yoga Teacher Training-200 certification in 2011 and achieving Master of Reiki Teaching. Additionally, as the Goodwill Ambassador for CosmiKids, Angela has been certified in the Resonant Learning Approach (RLA) educational methodology since 2015 and actively contributes to the New Thought Educational Consortium, where she develops yoga and coaching programs aimed at empowering children. Her natural empathy and intuitive communication skills are pivotal in creating cohesive, client-centered rehab care.
