Laura MacPhee

Laura MacPhee is honoured to be nominated for the 2024 Ontario Brain Injury Association Case Manager Award of Excellence in Brain Injury Rehabilitation.
Laura has been practicing with Rehab Results Inc as a senior Occupational Therapist and Case Manager for over 14 years. In addition to providing French and English services to individuals across the Greater Toronto Area and Eastern Ontario, where she was born and raised, she supervises fellow clinicians, holds education workshops, and leads team development initiatives.
Laura completed her Undergraduate Degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University where she also pursued her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She makes continuing education a priority by attending annual brain injury conferences and various brain injury workshops and seminars. She is certified in BrainFx, Cogmed Working Memory Training, Progressive Goal Attainment Program, and has completed Brock University’s Cognitive Interventions for Adults with ABI (Level 2).
Within her clinical practice, Laura ensures strong team communication and collaboration, employs a goal-orientated approach, implements a client and family centered focus, and takes creative approaches to ensure client resources are managed effectively.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys travelling, running, skiing and playing soccer and volleyball. She has bridged her love for sport and interest in brain injury awareness through her annual participation in events such as the BIST Hero Run and the Birdies for Brain Injury golf event.
