Sheila is amazing! She set me up with an incredible OT back in 2017 who is still helping me relearn things, reclaim my independence and adapt to all the new normals post TBI when I wasn’t expected to live. Sheila made sure that I got EVERYTHING and EVERYONE I needed services wise as well accommodations wise-furniture, health & fitness, speech and language, learning opportunities, a personal trainer, and most impressively and importantly Sheila answered all my questions when my original law firm was doing nothing for ME, no assessments, services, nothing and she explained my options impartially and helped me make necessary changes which facilitated the incredible life I am living in Nova Scotia now. Mind boggling thorough and selfless Case Manager she was for me. I am eternally grateful and LOVE explaining my tattoo of her Innovative OT logo I got and answering questions in regards to all she’s done for and with me, and why and how I still have two of her OT’s working with me, not to mention including Sheila having provided an amazing social worker through Critical Trauma Therapy who’s helping me continue to reclaim my ‘life’. I will forever be indebted to and for Sheila having been a part of my rehabilitation team. My friends and family share in my gratitude for the new life I’ve embraced with and because of Sheila originally taking care of EVERYTHING!lol
