Palmer Wellness & Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation company dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with brain injury, concussion, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, and other complex disabilities. Through occupational therapy, case management, social work, and rehabilitation coaching services, we are committed to providing personalized, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care.

At Palmer Wellness & Rehab rehabilitation is viewed through a holistic lens that recognizes recovery requires a balance across all dimensions of wellness including physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, and environmental wellness.

Our mission is to empower individuals on their journey to optimal health and well-being, rebuilding their lives, regaining their independence, achieving improved outcomes, increasing occupational participation and performance, developing performance skills and patterns, prevention and health promotion, improving health and wellness, enhancing quality of life and well-being, and promoting of occupational justice. We work collaboratively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, legal representatives, insurers, and community organizations to help individuals navigate complex rehabilitation journeys and access the supports they need to thrive. Our practice is grounded in a client-centered philosophy that recognizes the unique strengths, goals, and lived experiences of every individual.

You are on it – collaborative, communicative, client/family-centered, and advocate even when it is extremely difficult.     Congratulations to Aaron, Sabrina, and the whole Palmer Wellness & Rehab team! It feels really special to see this recognition, especially after Aaron and I were nominated together in the past and now find ourselves back again (just in different categories)!

    What I’ve always loved about your approach is how clearly the person and family come first. You make space for lived experience, culture, identity, priorities, and the realities of everyday life when making recommendations and finding the right supports. That understanding and person-first design shows up everywhere- from client care to the way you’ve built a genuinely family-led business.

    Seeing you make your family part of the way the business exists has always stood out to me, and so reflective of the kind of ABI community you’re helping shape.
