Keith Lindsay

Nominated For: HEALTH CARE PROVIDER OF THE YEAR

Keith Lindsay has dedicated more than 25 years to supporting individuals living with acquired brain injuries (ABI) and their families. Since joining Bartimaeus Rehabilitation Services in 2001, Keith has helped expand the organizations’ services beyond Simcoe County to communities across Northern Ontario, including Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, North Bay, Timmins, Thunder Bay, and many communities in between.

As a Child and Youth Care Worker and Service Director, Keith has advocated for many clients and families, helping them access critical rehabilitation services and achieve meaningful outcomes following life-changing injuries. His commitment to the ABI community extends beyond his professional role through his nine years of service as a Board Member of the Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA) and his ongoing support of the Sudbury and District Brain Injury Association.

Keith also served as President of the Ontario Association of Child and Youth Counsellors and was a part-time professor in the Child and Youth Care programs at both Cambrian College and Georgian College, where he mentored and inspired future professionals.

As leader of the Bartimaeus SurviveOars Dragon Boat Team, Keith has helped raise thousands of dollars for Camp Dawn, supporting adults living with brain injuries across Ontario.
