Once again, I am honored to be nominated for Case Manager of the Year. Over 30 years experience providing support to clients who have sustained serious/catastrophic injuries has been a rewarding and fascinating journey. Each client moves through the rehabilitation process in a unique way, and there is such joy in seeing teams working together assisting our clients reach their goals. We are then able to see our clients move on with life, many times in a way they may have never thought possible. To do this work is a privilege and most gratifying. A BIG shout out is also warranted to all the rehabilitation professionals and lawyers who are along on this journey with their clients every single day!

    Congratulations on the nomination Joy. You are always a pleasure to work with. Joy always has the confidence to say the things that need to be said but most are too timid to say and the client’s she works with are usually better off as a result. I have spoken with adjusters, lawyers, and family members who have commented feeling confident knowing that Joy is on the file and knowing that things are going to be well managed. Congrats once again!

    Such a well-deserved nomination! Joy is a dire advocate for her clients, their families and ensures to go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. With over 30 years of experience, she brings a sense of reassurance and confidence even with the most challenging of situations. She is an absolutely pleasure to work and collaborate with.
