We are honoured to be nominated for the 2017 Rehabilitation Company of the Year.

Genesis Community Rehabilitation, Inc. specializes in providing quality rehabilitation support services to clients living with Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health Issues, Developmental Disabilities, Spinal Cord Injuries and/or various complex needs. Services are provided across Ontario. In the past 10 years, Genesis has gained respect as a client-centred, progressive, effective and innovative rehab company. The objective and detailed observations provided in our progress notes and reports facilitates a seamless and transparent level of communication between client, family, treatment and legal team.

Genesis’ core values are to treat each client with respect, dignity and honesty. Great care is taken to recruit and match qualified RSWs to clients with the outmost focus on the client’s needs and preferences. An amiable and enriching connection between the client and the RSW is pivotal to facilitate increased participation in programming and in turn optimize the client’s rehabilitation experience. Genesis builds on these philosophies through ongoing communication and continuous collaboration with the Management Team who reinforce these principles while providing guidance and supervision to their rehabilitation support workers.

Founded in 2007, Genesis evolved from Jeff Tronetti’s commitment to providing an effective quality-based service, along with his sincere passion to help people. In addition, Jeff augments his knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis by continuing to provide one-to-one care as a rehabilitation support worker.
