Evolve & Resolve Comprehensive Life Solutions is honoured to be nominated for the Ontario Brain Injury Association’s Award of Excellence, Rehabilitation Company of the Year. Rebecca is the Founder and Lead Advocate of Evolve & Resolve Comprehensive Life Solutions, bringing over 30 years of transformative leadership in acquired brain injury (ABI) rehabilitation. Driven by her motto, “Inspire, Support, and Succeed,” her passion for advocacy is rooted in her family legacy—her mother, a devoted pediatric nurse, and her father, a pioneering rehabilitation management company owner, who instilled in her the values of compassion, resilience, and service. Her commitment to ABI rehabilitation was shaped by being a first responder to a farm worker injured in a collision, an experience that grounded her advocacy and inspired her lifelong dedication to individuals with ABI.

Rebecca’s credentials include Canadian Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), Return to Work Disability Manager (RTWDM), CVRP-TSA, Progressive Goal Attainment Program Clinician (PGAP), and specialized training through OBIA/Brock University. She also holds certifications in aquatic therapy, adaptive yoga, and mindfulness, reflecting her commitment to integrating both evidence-informed and holistic approaches into rehabilitation.

Rebecca’s vision and leadership have guided Evolve & Resolve from a solo practice into a trusted rehabilitation partner, recognized for delivering client centered, comprehensive, and innovative care. What began as her individual commitment to advocacy and rehabilitation has evolved into a collaborative approach, where like minded professionals bring their own expertise, compassion, and dedication while enhancing their practice through shared mentorship, education, and support. Together, the Evolve & Resolve team supports individuals living with acquired brain injury (ABI) and those facing other complex challenges through vocational rehabilitation, case management, and therapeutic interventions that empower clients, foster self advocacy, and achieve meaningful outcomes. With a focus on recovery that restores confidence and independence, Evolve & Resolve continues to make a lasting impact by helping survivors and their families rebuild their lives while advancing the practice of rehabilitation in the community.
