On behalf of our workers and their tremendous commitment to our sector we are honoured to be a nominee for the 2022 Rehabilitation Company of the Year.

For over 15 years, Elements Support Services has provided Rehabilitation Support Worker services throughout South Central Ontario, Greater Toronto, Greater Hamilton, Niagara and the Windsor Region. In addition to ‘traditional’ community-based support our innovative approaches to service delivery include eSupport, Intensive Service Assessment and Post Settlement Services. This year we have launched our Life Enrichment Program, allowing people to explore their passions deeply, utilizing the specific skill set of a highly experienced RSW with a similar passion. The response to our first program, Music and Me, has been overwhelmingly positive. Clients work in a professional music studio along with our RSW, who has specific expertise, to create and record their own music. Our clients describe the opportunity as life altering! With more programs coming online this fall we continue to honour our commitment to think outside of the box in helping people attain their preferred quality of life.
Elements plays an active role in promoting the needs of people with acquired brain injuries. It is our passion that leads us to sponsor and volunteer with many local Brain Injury Associations. We are particularly proud to be the sole sponsor of the OBIA Brain Basics e-Learning course.
Our Leadership Team of, James Gillam, Melody Hamilton and Paul McCormack together have over 100 years of experience working with individuals with complex needs. As experienced practitioners they have developed their capacity to think strategically about the management of resource obstacles and opportunities while adopting flexible, creative, innovative, practical and effective solutions in order to meet complex needs.
