Nominated For: REHABILITATION COMPANY OF THE YEAR

On behalf of our workers and their tremendous commitment to our sector we are honoured to be a nominee for the 2022 Rehabilitation Company of the Year.

How you live tomorrow, depends on the support you receive today

For over 15 years, Elements Support Services has provided Rehabilitation Support Worker services throughout South Central Ontario, Greater Toronto, Greater Hamilton, Niagara and the Windsor Region. In addition to ‘traditional’ community-based support our innovative approaches to service delivery include eSupport, Intensive Service Assessment and Post Settlement Services. This year we have launched our Life Enrichment Program, allowing people to explore their passions deeply, utilizing the specific skill set of a highly experienced RSW with a similar passion. The response to our first program, Music and Me, has been overwhelmingly positive. Clients work in a professional music studio along with our RSW, who has specific expertise, to create and record their own music. Our clients describe the opportunity as life altering! With more programs coming online this fall we continue to honour our commitment to think outside of the box in helping people attain their preferred quality of life.

  • Current Elements Client says:

It all started with a horrible car accident 2014, long story short lead to an opioid addiction then full-blown addiction but I was blessed to find recovery and maintain being Clean and Sober. Probably the hardest thing to do but was left beating and destroyed in pain unable to move and scared of the outside world and then a miracle happened, Elements rehab and my amazing RSW Cleo were introduced to my life.

Scared of strangers and people in general, agoraphobia and struggling with so much pain from my accident I saw no hope. Elements brought to my life an Angel Cleo who stood beside for a year, who to this scared girl and introduced her to the world. Taught me how to be strong and brave, made me believe in life again and myself more than anything. Because of Cleo to I was brave enough to educate myself and graduated with Honors, today working the field I am so passionate about as an Addictions Crisis Worker, and just beyond grateful that she saw in me what I never could.

I could go on and one but but bottom line today Cleo is still my great supporter but most of all my friend. I am so grateful for Elements and all the services provided to me, but most of all forever grateful for my earth Angel Cleo.

  • Client says:

I could have never asked for a better RSW than Cleo. She helped me feel motivated to get up and do things despite being in pain, cooked fun meals with me, taught me how to do my nails, and always knows how to make me smile. Cleo is 100% the best RSW anyone could hope to work with.

  • Victor Anghel Bachmann says:

I would like to give my full appreciation and thanks to Elements services and the amazing support that they have been able to offer me for over a year a now! When I moved into my independent living home with Elements I was stranded and lost without their help – at first it was 24/7 direct support with daily living activities along with a whole bunch of therapy involvement, leisure/recreational activities, the whole show – and in only about a years time I have been able to adapt, to reconcile, with my setbacks and shortcomings, and I have been able to change my whole self. I am now an adult, and Elements services has aided me in transitioning in this vital and crucial part of my life. I can now walk on my own two feet, without the help of others, and I wouldn’t be able to if it
weren’t for the support that was offered to me.

    Thank you Elements services!

  • Melissa Vigar says:

Clare McCormak, their Business Marketing Director has been such a huge support to BIST. Last year she joined both our Golf and BIST 5K committee and really impressed the staff and volunteers at BIST with her enthusiasm, hard work, passion and ability to roll up her sleeves and get things done! We are unbelievably grateful to have her in our world, and if she is a representation of the rest of the team at Elements, it’s very apparent why they were nominated in this category.

Congratulations to Clare and Elements on this nomination and best of luck!
