Clara Um

Clara Um is a graduate of The University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and has been working as a case manager for more than 27 years. Prior to this, she worked for 10 years in a rehabilitation clinical setting providing direct care to clients with many different diagnoses. After running into significant barriers and delays associated with the red tape of working for a larger corporation, she decided to start her own case management company, Rehabilitation Resource Management Inc. in order to get things done more effectively for her clients. She has also chosen to do all the hands-on work herself, rather than expanding the company to hire multiple consultants in order to ensure the quality of service and she had come to be known for. With post-graduate training in life care planning and acquired brain injury rehabilitation, she has specialized in future care reports and long-term case management for her clients. She maintains communication with many of her past clients who continue to value her assistance long past the settlement of their case.
