Innovative Case Management Inc. is a community-based company providing case management and related services to individuals who has sustained brain, spinal cord, psychological and/or orthopaedic injuries, as well as amputations. Since 2004, we have been providing our clients with the best possible care through efficient and proactive management. With our client-centered approach, we ensure the highest quality rehabilitation and medical care by accessing public and private resources. Our case managers come from diverse backgrounds, including occupational therapy, behavioural therapy, social work, social services work, child and youth work and adjusting, allowing us to best meet the needs of accident victims. With over a decade of experience, we provide effective and compassionate case management services in nine languages throughout Southern Ontario.
