Joy is honoured to be nominated! Approaching her work with passion, 2023 marks 30 years of coordinating services and support for folks who have sustained severe/complex/catastrophic injuries in the Kingston and surrounding area.

    Joy is an amazing asset to the people with brain injuries and their loved ones as they navigate the complicated web of supports available to them. It is a pleasure to work alongside her 🙂

    To say Joy is an asset to southeastern Ontario is a complete understatement. She has been a supportive and dedicated team member on all files that we have worked on and she is an incredible resource to other professionals around her. Working with and learning from Joy has made me a stronger rehab provider. A well deserved nomination!

    I have known Joy for many years, and she works with and handles the most difficult and challenging clients with aplomb, professionalism and compassion. Congratulations Joy on this nomination, so deserved and to be recognized by the brain injury community.

    Joy is a very competent and compassionate case manager. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I voted for her because I feel she deserves to be recognized for all her years of service.

    When i first met Joy, I was too green to understand how important a case manager is to the rehab team of a catastrophically injured patient as I was still in residency.

    What is a huge testament is that one of my mentors in TBI rehab in Kingston endorsed Joys involvment on her seriously injured patients and always spoke highly of Joy.

    Congratulations on a well deserving nomination Joy.
